Pirate Emporium Charity Champs Support No Kid Hungry

Over $47,000 raised through Emporium purchases to fight childhood hunger!

Our fundraising drives keep on rolling in 2021, with the altruistic crews of the Sea of Thieves community putting their weight behind yet another noble cause! This time, we are proud to announce that through sales of the unique, time-limited Sails of Sharing in the Pirate Emporium from October 16th to November 10th, a total of $47,401.60 was raised to support the important work of No Kid Hungry.

Launched in 2010, No Kid Hungry is a national campaign run by the non-profit organisation Share Our Strength. Its aim is simple – end childhood hunger in the US, so that every single child has the food they need to grow up healthy and strong.

When combined with the $23,271 raised from our dedicated 48-hour Pineapple Plunder charity stream hosted by a rogue’s gallery of Sea of Thieves Partnered streamers, a total of over $70,000 was raised by the Sea of Thieves community to help this cause of fighting childhood poverty and hunger. To all our players who picked up the Sails of Sharing, donated during the 48-hour livestream or took part in this humongous pineapple relay – all we can say is thank you for your continued generosity!
