To be honest, I find the SOT forums to be intuitive and difficult to find answers on. Would it be possible for Rare to start an official Insider discord? Anyone joining would have to give clear evidence that they were part of the program, and we could easily get help when we needed it? Going through the forums and raising tickets hasn't helped me play Insider at all. No build so far has worked for me.
