So I was selling my loot and for some odd reason I was not even levelling up is it a glitch or a bug.

It's been known to happen, possibly when servers are pretty busy with all the piracy.
Usually, it's just a simple delay, often you eventually see your gold and/or rep start flowing in during the same session.
If that doesn't happen, just keep an eye on it next time you log in. If you still haven't gotten the right amount of gold/rep you should contact support.EDIT; Just remembered we're havin' a double gold/XP weekend, so the servers are almost certainly pretty packed right now, hence possible delays.
@xxxpirate01 Not to worry, I don't think I've ever heard of an instance where gold and rep wasn't earned and it didn't show up later.
Everything you do is logged on the server side but sometimes excessive server load will cause it to be delayed on the client side which can be concerning. The next time you log in your progression should be updated to reflect what you've sold.
@xxxpirate01 yep! Same thing has happened to me before -- money but no rep (some people get the inverse). It's exactly what the previous posters have said -- server is just falling a bit behind. Don't worry, the rep has been logged and will almost certainly show up later in the session or next time you log in.
