I get terribly low fps (5 to 7 on 540p on ultra low) on my Laptop thats running a gtx970m according to msi afterburner the gpu is not clocking up, i know its not my pc's fault, other games are working just fine.

It could be the possibility that the game is in beta and not yet optimized, but I doubt that. Do you have any background programs running or maybe your computer is being scanned by an anti-virus software? Usually my computer scans around 6am-7am my time, so I would definitely check that if you haven't already.
@crush-in-hell definitely not my pc as i said other games run just fine, even UE4 ones. If this game wasnt on the windows store i could force it to run with the dedicated gpu but i cant
@rockiestasp9258 Ah! Gotcha, well I searched on Google "How to run a windows game using my dedicated GPU ?" and tons of results popped up! So it is definitely an issue, check that out on google, you might have to go to your Nvidia settings.

@crush-in-hell i tried that but the files are encripted and i can access them, probably because of microsoft store
