Game doesnt start when audio output is set to my bluetooth speaker

As the title suggests, my game won't start when I set my audio output to my off-brand Bluetooth speakers. It launches normally with headphones, but when I try to switch to the speakers, it gets stuck in a loop, constantly toggling back and forth between the two devices.
