What’s the deal with rare pumping out new seasons while stuff is still broken after years? I’m a long time player. I was a beta pc player, founder and insider before everyone was made an insider. When the pirate log rewards were for implemented they were broken and would never unlock the associated rewards. I came back after preordering ps5, still broken. Left and came back during the new sneak mechanic season, still broken, left. Came back season 18. Really? The log rewards are still broken?! Aside from all the griefers and hackers, the game still has potential as one of the best PvPvE out there. But why is stuff still broken? Has anything been done server side for hackers? I’d love to know what has happened to make it fall so short years after year. Almost feels like the staff gave up.

It so far the only pvpve out there. But that will change sometimes this month and next year.
Soon it be just pvp or pve depending if they go through with the changes. Very sadgood news is they now have a dedicated team to quality of life improvements...... this team is made up of...... imaginary people as nothing has changed. this game was originally the team making a game they wanted to play.... i highly doubt any of the content we have gotten in the past 6+ years is something any of the developers would want to play or perhaps maybe they would if there werent commendation rewards that are so grindy they would make people hate life. they keep yoyoing between reasonable and unreasonable act2 this season for example? ugly ship crest cosmetics. completed 18 forts to unlock them all

idk what version you been playing.
But every time they try to put in a Grind, the community of modern gamers complain about it, so they nerf it to the ground and its a cake walk.
Can't pick a single item that is called "grind" in this game without picking out ways to unlock them with ease.The old Dev team, well they did make grinds because if you couldnt or didnt wanna put in the time, didnt matter. Game was created for long plays.

@bloodybil they are adding new improvements to hourglass, but its definitely gonna be turning to just pve bc all the sea of friends players they got now. not saying they're gonna be good changes bc its rare but they look promising
