Weapon Caches not triggering?

    I've played over the weekend and I've personally opened a single Weapon Cache and my crew as a whole about 2 or 3 caches. But I've gotten none of the completions in the commendations or the seasonal tab.

    I've sent a ticket about this, but is anyone else having this issue?

    I have the same problem, I just opened 2 caches but it didn’t count towards my commendations or the seasonal.

    Same not triggering for me, but has worked for some of my crew. I'm sure it will be get fixed this upcoming week.

    I’m having the same issue and I have personally opened 3 solo and about 4 with a crew. that’s the last thing I need to complete act 3 anyone know if this will be fixed and we will get the rewards or will we have to redo it?

    It has been individual based rather than crew based for me so far sadly
