The Community Weekend has ended, the goal of completing 100,000 World Events was reached, but apart from being announced as an additional Twitch Drop for the following week, no one has talked any more about the Obsidian Captain’s Logbook (and the return of the Obsidian Captain’s Table).
What happened? Have the plans changed in favor of the Rare Anniversary Figurehead?

The Obsidian Captain's Logbook and Table will be Twitch Drops from Sep 5th-12th (10am UTC). (source)
The Ruby Legend Figurehead will be handed out soon to anyone who participated in the goal at the weekend (completed a World Event before or after it hit 100K). (source)
