Xbox Beta testers who missed Alpha should also get Brave Vanguard set if PS5 Beta testers are getting Vanguard Sails

    It's absurd that 6 years in their going to give PS5 players Vanguard sails for signing up for the Beta, but they won't give original Xbox players who played in the Beta, but missed the Alpha, anything at all!

    If you played in the Beta testing of any variety you should get the Brave Vanguard Gear, it's that simple...
    It shouldn't be tied to some arbitrary cutoff date you had to sign ip for insiders... That's just idiotic.

    The game has so much more public awareness now, I hadn't even heard of the game and the Alpha was already over.. Just

    What do you mean vanguard sails? Nothing’s been confirmed what sails are being given to beta testers.

    OP: It's not the OG vanguard, it's a brand new one. Why should PC/Xbox get something they missed out on? PS5 users has missed out on countless events, limited-cosmetics and what not. Complaining about one thing you can't have is just silly. Get a PS5 if you feel you want it that badly.

    NOTE: You can only use that set on PS5, you can't use it on PC/Xbox even if you have it unlocked.

    @tesiccl there’s a photo on Twitter of what appears to be the newsfeed from PS showing a red and black version of the vanguard sails. It’s the same skull in a star pattern on the main sail but it looks vastly different with the red and black. Better looking IMO but definitely not the vanguard sails.

    So I don’t see the complaint here. Maybe if they’d been blue on white and so looked almost identical to the black on white that the originals were then maybe there’d be some backing to the complaint.

    @moonmonster11 The Vanguard Sails and title were for playing during the Alpha. Vanguard generally means the first group involved in something.

    Those in the Alpha were the Vanguard of testing and those taking part in the PlayStation Beta will be the Vanguard of testing for PlayStation.

    The two Betas are entirely different.

    The cutoff for the original Vanguard sails/title was for players who played during the Insider Programme before December 1, 2017, during the Alpha. If you didn't, then unfortunately you were not part of the 'Vanguard'.
