All animal types except foxes have outfits available. However, as a fox owner, I would really like to dress my fox up in clothes that he clearly enjoys.
Fox Outfits
Sadly, I don’t think that fox clothing will ever be introduced. I have noticed that after the pet clothing stopped being introduced we started getting cursed pets. Essentially the cursed pets are normal pets which an outfit built in that can’t be changed.
My guess is that pet clothing didn’t sell well enough to justify wasting time developing pet clothing.
