I was doing solo sloop pvp. I had tons of resources, from previous encounters, including anchor balls. I won a fight, but then, my map got bugged and I couldn't sink again, to look for pvp. Fair enough, I go to an island to lower the hourglass and sell. Afterwards, I activate the hourglass again, but I still can't use the map. Doesn't matter, because I get invaded by a guy who already has skeleton curse and cosmetics, whereas I haven't reached even half of the Guardians' levels, much less the Reapers' (thanks mmr). Guy starts spawn-camping me constantly, but here's the thing. It was TWO of them. Two high-level reapers, whereas I was trying to do solo-sloop. How is this possible?
Is that a reportable offense?
Should I submit a video?

If you believe it was malicious and they weren't trying to sink you during the camp you have the freedom to use the report tool and submit your evidence for review
When it comes to reporting, that is a resource/tool for you to make genuine reports. Whenever you feel something crosses a line you are free to report and support can assist you from there.
@tigeremperor118 you sure you got invaded not just a random attacked you? Outside of battles you can still increase streak by fighting someone with hourglass up. Never heard of duo managing to fight solo so don't think a bug

I am telling you that the battle arena, the duel zone, was on, that they emerged from the sea in front of me. What do you not understand? How is it funny or worthy of mockery???@surgy24 When that happens, you can see a message about it. "You can't sink with enemies nearby", or somdthing like that. And yes, we, me and them!
@wolfmanbush No, I do not think it was malicious, not anymore. They were just veterans and two of them instead of me. Considering the fact that the map was also bugged, perhaps that has to do with it. Unfortunately, the recording started after, but they seemed just as surprised as I was. They said something like "wait, are you solo?", so they were just trying to do a regular 2v2 fight and that's it.
@jolly-ol-yep I'm not sure exactly, but it might have happened to me. We were a duo doing the hourglass as reapers and we sank a ship in literally less than 5 minutes since emerging. We did not speak with the other 'crew' only wrote GG. I noticed I only ever seen 1 player on board. Unfortunately can't verify if there was someone else since we were level 5 and did not get any bonus for killing an enemy nor we got killed to visit the ferry in that fight.

yeah I've seen it happen to a few people as well as players being matched without both players being inside the border
I guess it could be the effects of exploiting on the server but I don't think I've seen it happen where one of the crews was obviously cheating.
It's quite possible that the extremeness of the exploits happening are negatively effecting servers/content functionality for people that aren't cheating themselves

So maybe just a bug then ? Actually way more likely than cheating imo ( + if one could cheat that way, I'd go full gally vs solo sloop, why only duo ?)
Happened to me once too, but our opponent explained to us his mate had a deconnection while underwater so...

IIRC when you're a champion you can opt into harder battles, not easier
i.e. a solo slooper could opt in to match with duos, brigs, and gallys
a duo sloop could opt in to brigs and gallys (but NOT solos)
a brig could opt in to gallys (but not any kind of sloop)(and gallys can only fight gallys)
