About can't raise a new request issue in the official support website

    As the title says,I can't raise a new request issue in the official support website,once I click the "raise a new request" button, it will led me to the main page,I am annoyed about that,hope the officail can fix it!
    By the way,what I want to raise about the question is I want to restore my game account data cause my account has been deleted by others.

    There is a problem with this Forum and support tickets for months now , i tried to make a ticket but had the same as you . It happened a few months ago , after the Forum was offline for about a week.i'm limited to writing four lines only , can't raise support tickets but...someone promised it was going to be repaired , he only didn't mention in what year it would happen...

    Ever call customer service only to be transferred 5 times and have the last one hang up on you after an hour of waiting? Must of been the model the report and support feature was built around. Here a grog in hope of easier ticket raising.
