NA East coast servers?

So I've touched on this before but I want to see if I can get an idea of others players experience.

I live in the North-East of the US. My ping when ever I play no matter what day or what time is always between 50 - 70. My friends that I play with also have pings in the same rang. We have a variety of ISP providers between us.

Is there no East Coast servers for this game? and if there is 50 - 70 ping is terrible for same region connection. Most other games I play my ping ranges between 13 - 20.

Again if any other NA East coast players are on these forums please share your ping experience.

Here are the locations of the Azure servers that SoT runs on. I'm not sure why the ping is so high even when you're located near a server. I play in the Midwest and I get 77-95 ping. Kinda sucks because a lot of bugs can be tied to higher latency issues.
