Just a quick suggestion for the ability to zoom in on handheld treasure maps, much like we can zoom in on the map on the captains table. I just think it’d be a nice little QoL improvement and maybe also help put a little with accessibility for people. I already appreciate the wealth of accessibility options put into this game.

I definitely agree, more than once I've found myself straining my eyes to pick out itty bitty details on maps in order to figure out where a chest ought to be.
@slashsgt Haha, I know that feeling. Digging in a spot which turns out to be nowhere near the treasure 😂

Kind of makes sense to be able to just get that map closer to your face (ingame) so you can see a bit better.
But I'm pretty sure this is intentional though. Can't always have all the comfort in the world. Sometimes you need a bit of challenge!2
I don't know man there are healthy challenges and unhealthy challenges. Sticking your face in the screen doesn't seem good :P
@greengrimz It’s not a case of wanting it to be made easier as such, I mean you can zoom in quite far on the map table on the ship which most of the time is what I use. I just feel it would make it a little bit more accessible to people who do tend to strain their eyes. Like you said, it would make sense thematically as you could pull the map closer to your face in ‘real life. I know the developers have added some great accessibility options already to game which I am grateful for, this just could be a great addition to those. Thanks for replying
@dantivirus definitly an amazing idea I play far away from my TV at times and it would be a lifesaver
