Helpful settings and item

    I believe there should be added placeable lanterns or torches to help people like me see through the darkness (I have an unusually dark monitor) and I believe there should also be a setting that allows you to adjust your cannon positioning speed as well as harpoon angling speed

    Cannon rotation speed is hard set for balancing among the platforms. One set speed means all platforms are under the same constraints. When it comes to screen brightness, you should be able to adjust a bit on your end. This not only includes in-game adjustments, but even the monitor should have buttons to adjust brightness.

    You have a hand held lantern. Like as you would when searching darkness.

    If you play on pc it can help to turn light effects setting down in the graphics tab
