I really enjoy and love this game, and i think it's the best gaming experience i have ever had.
Overall, Game runs smoothly on the lowest graphics with around 90 FPS, i have some micro-lags from time to time, sometimes in very crucial moments. Like when someone climbs the ladder in Arena, my screen freezes for 0,5 seconds and in one moment i'm waiting for them to climb up so i can shoot them, and after the end of the microlag i only see a person next to my anchor, dropping it.
My other complaint is about the random crashes that occur once in a while. Like this time, i started a duo sloop arena with my buddy, and we set sail to the island, but then i crashed, so he was alone on the sloop. I rejoined as fast as i could, but when i finally did (after like 2 minutes of loading time), i found out that a guy boarded us, and started fighting him. I hit him with the Cuttlass 3 times, but since i just recently loaded in i was lagging like hell (which i can understand, happens with every game). After that, i was holding down the block button, but because of the start-up lag, it didn't count, so the guy killed me. I'm not a rager but i ragequitted instantly at that point. (my buddy was okay, we talked about it after)
I don't blame Rare for the start-up lag, and i can understand why my block didn't count after like 10 seconds of me loading in, but that wouldn't have happened if the game didn't crash in the first place.
Experiences like this ruin the game for me and many others for a game we love to the heart, and would love to never see them again.
Please Rare, if you can do anything to prevent this, could you do it asap?
As i said this is my forever favourite game, but bugs like this from time-to-time are slowly destroying that whole-hearted dedication and love i have for this game...
