Make the Grade

Make the Grade

Watch streams in Twitch’s Sea of Thieves category during Community Weekend to help to raise the combined Community Emissary Grade. Each Grade increase acts as a multiplier, earning all players more gold, reputation, Seasonal Renown, Allegiance and Guild Reputation! Take it all the way up to Grade Five to enjoy rewards two-and-a-half times greater than usual. You must be logged in to Twitch to contribute, so head to twitch.tv to get started.

Watching eligible streams will also start unlocking Twitch Drops including a colourful variety of cosmetics, bonus Seasonal Renown and 75,000 gold to spend in Outpost shops! Keep an eye on your Twitch inventory to track how you’re doing.

Rewards Aplenty

As always, Twitch isn’t the only source of free cosmetics. Simply set sail on High Seas during this Event to claim the Season 19 Community Weekend Flag and celebratory Arm Wave Emote, along with the Golden Sailor Figurehead made available to mark Sea of Thieves’ eighth anniversary!

Also in honour of this bronze anniversary, you can contribute to a Community Spirit Goal by going fishing and handing in Bronze Pondies to The Hunter’s Call. If the cumulative goal is reached during Community Weekend, all participants will earn an extra item, the Meridian Hunter Double Barrel Pistol – and there’s even an extra incentive on the way to this Goal with a Voyage of Luck at the 50% completion mark!

Anniversary Cake Hunt

Local bakers have been working hard to craft some celebratory sweet treats, but a handful of their cakes appear to have gone missing. You have until Community Weekend is over to track down these delightful delicacies and see what you earn for your troubles. It’ll take a keen eye – and maybe a little teamwork…

Pop-Up Plunder

Throughout Community Weekend, tantalising Pop-Up Plunder will show up periodically on the map. You’ll see an in-game notification, but to find the loot you’ll need to unravel clues shared on Sea of Thieves’ social media channels. Hurry though, as there’s only one stash per server which disappears after an hour if unclaimed! And watch your ship’s map, as uncovered treasure is pinpointed by a marker for other crews to pursue until it’s cashed in…

Free Fireworks

Community Weekend wouldn’t be much of a party without some fireworks to brighten up the sky. During the Event, you can pick up a Community Spirit Firework Crate from a local Merchant Alliance representative free of charge to help you celebrate in style.

Picture Walls

Picture Walls are back at every Outpost (and The Reaper’s Hideout) for all your pirate selfie needs. Each one is themed with the new Community Weekend colours and comes with its own grog barrel for maximum convenience when sharing a celebratory toast. Be sure to share your best Picture Wall crew snapshots with us!

Pirate Emporium Sale

The Emporium shopkeepers want to join in the celebrations too, so head to the nearest Outpost during Community Weekend and browse the discounts available in the A Pirate’s Life Sale. Don’t miss out! You can even browse and buy via the dedicated sale page.

Twitch Drops

Watching streams in the Sea of Thieves category on Twitch won’t just help raise the Community Emissary Grade, it’ll help you snag a sweet suite of Twitch Drops for your personal stash. If you’re not sure who to watch, you can always check out our Partner Directory to see who’s live…
