Maybe it was just me and a couple of people that I know, but I have a feelings it's more than that.
I kind of rushed through character creation (especially since there wasn't much in the way of customization or choice). I'm not really a fan of how my pirate looks and I'd love to be able to change her appearance or regenerate her entirely, but not at the cost of losing all of my progress.
IMO Character customization should allow the choosing of appearance items (body type, face, etc.). At the very least, we should be able to regenerate appearance after the fact. While I would accept a micro transaction for this, it would leave a pretty sour taste in my mouth. If it had a gold cost I think that would be fine, though I'd still prefer it be little/no cost.
