Toxic community of players makes game completely unenjoyable, how do I get a refund?

@illbushido305 I sail peacefully, I’m non-threatening, and I literally beg people to not sink my ship and steal my treasure, and they do it anyways. I work 80 hour work weeks and used to enjoy unwinding by some simple solo sailing and treasure hunting, the current community makes that impossible.
