@lady-aijou unfortunately this hasn't fixed this issue. As I understand it, when you disconnect solo, your ship sinks and you are unable to rejoin. You need to fix this. I've had this happen to me several times, hours wasted. My suggestion would be to have the ship auto-anchor and go on a timer. 3-5 minutes it would sink and you wouldn't be able to rejoin.
I've lost hours and hours to this. Even games that you can simply just restart without anything lost at all i.e as mention aboved PUBG have this. Ya'll are incredible at what you do, this is game breaking and a SUPER important feature. I have no doubt you'll implement this feature. I buy into the "stories" you guys are selling, and the below is an example of one that keeps me coming back. Those "stories" shouldn't be ruined by a simple rejoin feature that every game has.
MY STORY(why I'm posting)...
I just spent an hour soloing skull fort, I hide the key as my ship sunk from skeles, and make my way to mermaid. There's someone sailing here in distance, must've seen skull disappear. Decision making time, do I wait and blow up their ship, or do I catch a mermaid and let them think it despawned. I go with the latter and sale to closest outpost and watch and wait. They finally leave after about 20 minutes and sail towards my outpost (my boats hidden on opposite side). I see them get ready to offload but it's just seafarer's, so I sneak on board and notice no fort loot. They couldn't' find the key. Thank god. I wait, and start my sail back to the fort, grinning at my successful hiding spot, then the bad wifi hits. SOMEKINDAbeard. Had some bad losses before to it, but this one took the cake. Made me come here and write this.
