Obsidian pack items

    Arrhh me 'arties,

    Me 1st Mate (son) and I ave watch the required Mixer streams and got the Loot code(s). When have gone to the Microsoft Store Via the Xbox Console and redeemed our codes, but nether of us have the items within the game (ive check via Console and PC).

    Be there a wait time for these items to drop (due to amount of pirates requesting the same thing) ?, or, have i done this incorrectly?

    @geraldthegeek same here friend i got 2 codes and rendemed on 2 microsoft acc and i got no items in game ;(

    Usually, it takes a few minutes (sometimes a few hours) before the items are loaded into your Equipment/Vanity or Clothing Chest.

    You can always submit a support ticket.

    make sure you log all the way out and log back in. even closing the game would be needed.
