This has been broken since 1.0.7 and other than reverting back closed crews, I'd give up anything to get this turned back on. It is a huge decrease in reputation and gold farming. There is ZERO reasons to visit islands except for replinishing supplies.
Maybe Rare can up the chest spawns on islands and loot spawns on shipwrecks until this can be fixed?
I found a chest on top of a waterfall and another capt chest in the main cabin of a ship wreck on land, but as far as finding washed up on beaches...nothing! I spend lots of wasted time looking for secrets and trinkets. My hope is that i find someting...anything to blog about. I havent blogged for a while now.
@gleaminx It feels like so long ago but then I remembered there was no 1.0.9 patch so it has been broken for 1.0.7, 1.0.8, and 1.1.0. Which is still 3 weeks so that is kind of long.

Four weeks today, which is roughly 30 days with a major part of the game broken.Math is hard right? It was 3 weeks not there...so 21 days
I'm really happy they are back, hope it doesn't cause any issues again
