About throwing chests?

    So I know this was addressed in a recent patch, but there was not much explanation behind it.
    Did they change the drop position to be forward more? instead of directly under you. OR is there now a second button to press to 'toss' the chest forward?

    I'm hoping for that later... and would love to be able to 'toss' a chest overboard to my crew down below to cash it in. make a chain.

    They made it easier to put chests and collectibles on the shelves on galleons so you don’t have to jump on the shelf to set it on there now

    As far as I’m aware due they just moved the position forward more, I don’t think you can actually lob it. Just makes it easier to drop chests or explosives over the edge of a ship or cliff, and also allows us to line all our pretty hateful skulls on the shelf, for all us OCD pirates out there.

    @r3d-n1nja-82 they moved the drop position forward a bit. makes it easier to place items on shelves and to throw things overboard if needed.
