I need a Support Ticket for my Support Ticket...

    Is anyone else having really, really, long delays on their support ticket requests? Has the support team been lost at sea?

  • Dude, I have had 1 support ticket for over a month. There is a group of us hit by this glitch that sucks the life out of your character and when we asked should we just delete and start over the head oof studio said wait a fix was coming in a FEW days. And now they keep saying wait in the updates but play the whole f*****g game as a pale tattooless blackbeard we didn't even pick in the first place. The tech support is a joke lead by incompetent management. Yeah, you JOE At first, they closed it with a generic statement showing they didn't even read my ticket at first. Then reopened it after a support ticket for my support ticket.

  • @awesomecoreusa I'm just hoping that somewhere in their servers of 1's and 0's my message got lost...? From reading on the forums it seems like I may not be the only one experiencing these issues though... :/

    I have a simple one that has been open for 18 days as well. seeing that ive only got automated responses from them on my 1 ticket, and it's been many days since hearing from them in any manner, my opinion is they are just stringing us along and hope we will forget about our tickets.

  • @stonedscallywag Over a month...? Is there only ONE tech/customer support individual over at Rare? That poor, poor b*****d... maybe they should consider hiring more than one person for the position... Surely that would speed things along...

  • @noruas I still haven't received any kind of reply other than "Thanks for putting in a support ticket." Maybe all of their customer support found the hidden keg of Grog in the office...?
