So far ive installed the game, didnt work so i uninstalled it. Then unrolled from Xbox insider hub and rerolled for the beta, and installed the game once again... Did not work. I can't find anywhere to open a ticket for this unless im just totally blind here but i could use some help. My friend is experiencing the exact same issue.
Can't get into the beta, says too early...
Apparently, pre-ordering the game does not guarantee you Closed Beta Access. A lot of reviews on the store state that they did not get a beta code and were lied to. I feel the same way as I am on PC and can not seem to get my beta key I bought via pre-order.

@lintaglen So, even though i got the closed beta, I didnt get it.. lol. well good thing refund options on digital purchases
and yeah i bought the game on microsoft store, and the makers of the game are saying that itll be fixed soon? so i dont know what to believe lol

Hello all, an update to the fix is now available in the Support Article.
Any players who digitally pre-order the game from the Xbox or Windows 10 Store from now until the end of the Closed Beta will be able to access the game immediately through the Xbox Insider Hub App.
The Support Article contains installation instructions for the Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.
