I purchased an ancient coin gift card the other day for 2550 coins. I have the game downloaded on steam and do not own it on the Xbox app. When I went to redeem the gift card steam didn't allow me to redeem it, so I had done it through Xbox believing that the linked accounts would allow me to get my purchase. I haven't received any of my coins and would appreciate help from someone. I've tried to leave a support ticket, but instead kept getting redirected to the login page and couldn't, so I came here. Apologies if this shouldn't be here but I just really want some help getting the item I purchased.

If you play on Steam and redeem a Microsoft code, then you have to log in once on the Microsoft version to receive it.
Otherwise you can only try to message Support again.

@x2hitmen Ahoy hoy! Are you logged into the right account? Have you tried using another browser also?
@Mad-Jack-Ketch Ahoy! I was logged into the right account, unfortunately it was the support site being down that disabled the ability to put one through. But luckily, a trusted friend who has an Xbox signed into my account and allowed them to sync. I can now use my coins on the steam version. The round-about method I feel is excessive but hey what can I do. I thank you and anyone here who has tried to help!
