I got myself a new pc and just re-downloaded Sot somehow everything is just gone.
I checked several times that i am on the right account and i am, i have 300+ hours playtime with this account on SoT my achievements are still there too but everything actually inside the game is just not there anymore.
No guild, no emissary levels and so on and i cant make a support ticket because for some reason the website keeps telling me to log in when i try to make a ticket even tho i am logged in already so i thought ill just write here in hopes of getting this resolved.
