I play on Xbox. When I join a discord voice channel, other crews get muted but my team mates can still hear them. I've checked the setting and I haven't set it to mute other crews. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

@eligibleeel6171 unfortunately on Xbox you can’t be in party chat and game chat at the same time. Discord uses the party chat protocol to access voice, which is why it also doesn’t work. I wish they’d figure out a way to fix it but it’s Xbox that has to do it, not the game.
In the meantime turn on translation(speech to text) and it’ll put what people say into text. It isn’t ideal but it’s better than nothing until they hopefully make it so you can have both.
