[RESOLVED] [26/09/25] Charcoalbeards and migrations/matchmaking errors.

    We are aware of some players experiencing a Charcoalbeard error when joining a game and also are aware of a current issue with tunnel migrations and matchmaking. We are investigating and will update as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this.

    The issues with Charcoalbeards, tunnel migration and matchmaking appear to be resolved. Players should be able to resume play as normal. If you continue to experience issues matchmaking or accessing the game, be sure to raise a support request.
