Just got banned

We were just selling at reapers hideout, setup the cannon as a boat was getting close the cannon glitched and got massive, we could climb into it but couldn't shoot out, when we climbed out it respawned us the other side of reapers, so i'm guessing its thinking we were fly hacking or whatever its called, on the website on SOT under the enforcement thing it says BANNED in red, current points N/A and account access N/A. Still have green to the forum, and the game has gone back green twice then back to read. We haven't done anything in the game to get us banned other than trying to climb in a glitched cannon which obviously didn't work, anyone know if this causes issues?
