ERROR Bar on Support Ticket

  • So I've been trying to submit a support ticket since I got a DLC code (worked fine on Microsoft - Xbox just doesn't show up in game and it's been a week).
    That is for background info, but I'm hoping for info to be able to submit a ticket without the error. ^-^

    When I have tried a submitting the ticket a red bar stating "ERROR" pops up on the top of the website. I've tried incognito, deleting cookies, different browser, not attaching a file, resetting, etc.
    I'm not sure what other alternatives are possible since I've scanned the forums and googled the issue as well. I thought making my own post might help in case anyone has experienced similar and found a solution.

    Edit: I had this in a different forum section because I saw similar posts under feedback and suggestions. However, I made sure to move it here to hopefully receive kinder feedback.

  • I was having some issues logging support tickets recently but I tried again this afternoon and it worked.

    My issue sounds slightly different to yours, but it might be worth you trying again to see if they’ve fixed your issue too?
