When I logged in today, all my cosmetics were removed from my character. No clothes, beard, title, even my emotes were missing.
For some reason, my equipment was not affected (weapons, tools).
The friend I was sailing with was fine until we had a server merge, then all his items disappeared right in front of my eyes.
I was able to put everything back, but this should not have happened at all.

Message from J0toro in the official discord (and probably here, but idk, I don’t use the forums much!):
“We've identified a fix for the issue that has been affecting some pirates' cosmetic load-outs and unique traits.
We will be implementing a solution early next week - please note that pirates' unique traits, such as freckles and scars, will be restored with this fix.”
