I mean that they are not be able to get in S3+ beyond achievments?

The season related cosmetics (named "Ocean Deep") are time-limited but everything else will be available at a later date via alternative means but how this will work is unknown at the moment.
@musicmee Thx for the answer. One more question. S1 rewards are still missing in shops. Do Rare planning to bring them back in S3, or nearby future?

It's a similar story...
I think there's a balance to strike with exclusivity and making the rewards feel like they are actually rewarding and not released too soon after a season ends.
But they should all show up eventually!
