A quick fun trivia-type query here.
Counting NPCs and a full server of players, but not including the undead or ghosts, what would you say is the living population of the Sea of Thieves currently?
There are some NPCs we don't know if they're alive or undead, such as the Reaper's Bones representative, so include whether you count them or not.
This is just for fun, but I would love to see your responses and how you figured it out.

Every outpost has a Tarvernkeep, Shipwright, Weaponsmith, Toolsmith, Clothier, Gold Hoarder, Order of Souls, Merchant, and Emporium... and there are 7 outposts.
63 there...
Duke, Umbra, Mysterious Stranger, Grace... and perhaps Salty he's human, albeit cursed?
4 (5) there...
2 on each Seapost... and there are eight of those...
16 there...
Fetcher's Rest, Ruby's Fall, Devil's Ridge, Crook's Hollow, Mermaid's Hideaway, Lone Cove, Shipwreck Bay, and Kraken's Fall each have a Cargo Trader.
8 there...
I do not count the Servant as I do not know what the hell it is. Maybe if that mask comes off, we'd know. But thats their personal bizz.
91 (92) Human NPCs, along with a possible 24 Players per server...
115? 116? Something like that!

Yeah, you're pretty close to what I got... I had 120 not including Salty or the RB guy

Technically, if it is Wanda (which we 99.9% accept is the case) she's undead
@realstyli its a doubtfull case on the undead part. she is cursed basicly the same as salty only didnt get turned into a parrot beforehand
She also still presents the ability to speak and think
So by that logic we should count the Skelly Lords? They have the same curse... I still think they are undead, rather than alive
