I reached lv 50 or above with GH, OOS, RB bought all their titles but when I talk the mysterious stranger he won't let me start the pirate legend quest to get the shanty. Does Reapers bones not count to becoming a legend or am I bugged
Make sure to buy all the company promotions, and then their titles from the clothier as well!
