Crashing even after reinstall and verifying over and over

It may not help but it's worth ruling out system file issues (Sea of Thieves relies on some Windows files for Xbox Live stuff, so may have issues other games don't). Try running SFC and DISM scans to see if they pick up any corruption.

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and enter (include spaces before slashes):
DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

If that finds issues, then run:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Either way, then run an SFC scan:
SFC /scannow

If that finds corruption, it will automatically fix it.

Have you tried running it in DX11 mode? That solved most of my crashing issues on W10, but I also use nVIDIA not AMD.

It can get stuck for a bit. Give it time. If you can't complete the DISM scan, do the SFC scan and then DISM after that.

If you can't get into the game, you can set DirectX11 from the game's launch options in Steam with -dx11

This seems like a tricky one.

I don't think it has anything to do with Windows 10 and an AMD GPU, as that's my setup.... unless it's your specific W10 build version, as I'm still on 22H2 which is more stable.

But I would look at other things first, such as whether secure boot is enabled? Or if you're running other kernel level anticheat that may be always running (for example Vanguard for League of Legends, or similar).

Another simple thing you could try is to go into the EasyAnticheat_EOS subfolder in your Program Files (x86) folder and delete the .sys file (NOT the .exe). This is just a log file, but it can get corrupted and cause issues. It will rebuild itself when you next boot the game.

Secure Boot should be enabled. But I wonder if the kernel level Javelin anti-cheat that BF6 uses could be clashing? Like I said, this is a tricky one.

The TL;DR is basically to add an exception for Sea of Thieves to your antivirus. I would also add an exception for Easy Anti-Cheat.

Beyond that, if you're still having crashing issues, I would recommend raising a Support ticket and detailing the steps you've already taken (maybe even link to this thread), as well as your full system specs.
