Didn't get commendation for blowing up skeletons at fort.

    I was on the fort with another crew and fired at a gunpowder skeleton blowing up the entire wave. I wait for the commendation, but nothing happens. Then I hear the other guys gasp and say they got their commendation. What gives?

    id like to know this, I spend 8 hours waiting for two different forts, mine is not going any higher then 6, why the rest did theres

    Its been buggy for a lot of people (just like all the previous patches...).
    I didnt have any unlock at one fort. Next fort it unlocked for me when no one else was around..
    i should have 10 but only have about 5. Lot of people have reported issues on forum, they even tweeted about it earlier. If its still giving you trouble i suggest a support ticket

    This has happened where neither of the crews were getting credit for them on more than one fort last night. Some worked and some didn't. It felt totally random to us if it was going to give credit or not. Haven't tried again today yet.

    Same issue here. I was the one to shoot the barrel 3x, subsequently dying in the process, and the other crew got all the credit while mine got nothing. Maybe its because I died like a p**b? But if that were the case then the other crew shouldnt have gotten credit because no one else from my crew was on the island. Ughhhh....the headache in trying to decipher whats real and whats a glitch.

    Went to a fort with a sloop and got the first 3, but after that we couldn't get it anymore. Did it at least a dozen times at that fort but I was stuck at 17/20.

    i did it with my cousin. at a sloop. without other ships anywhere in sight - yesterday... u dont need no other crew

    @seanethermore Yep, its super bugged. I got to 7/20 last night. Now today I've done a few forts with the specific purpose of doing the commendation and none of us got credit for the ones we did properly. On one we wiped out an entire wave at once, nearly 9 skeletons with both crews on the island...and....nothing. Hope they get this sorted and be able to credit people for what they have done already.

    Edit: And yes, I've submitted a support ticket. Waiting to find out what they will tell me.

    me neither, I got a bunch but none registered. it registered a bunch of the other legendary ones like the chains and such but not the other. took out whole waves, nothin

    @thealcani You mean to tell me you got the Bilge Rat Commendations that specifically say you need another crew... without another crew?

    You have to be the crew to land the shot in order to get credit. Easiest if one group selects a shooter and rotate which group shoots the waves.

    Grouping up as players is key to get them to stack up instead of spreading about.

    I did a fort today and get 3 point when there was only 2 person (me and the enemi) on the island and when my friend come to help we didn'T get anymore point. I think the problem is the prog a detail like : you need to do it with one (BUT ONLY ONE) person from an other crew.

    I'm sure it's not suppose to be that but it seam to work with that but not 100% sure.

    Its totally bugged. They need to fix it asap and make this challenge permanent.
    I didnt get any so far, tested about everything.
    Some players are telling that got it w/o a crew member from other crew. Tried that also amd nothing.

    The english text says something about 1 member of another crew...
    However: the german translation says, that at least 1 member of your
    own crew needs to be on the island.

    We tried it last night on a sloop when no one else was around and
    sure enough it worked for us.
    Right now you do not need another crew for the forts.

    Yea, you just need someone from your crew or yourself to be on the island, you don't need to do this with another crew. I've done 2 forts so far with only my crew while sinking everyone else coming in (since we didn't wanna share the loot) and I'm at 12/20.

    Yeah, just to add to the discussion, it does seem to be a little buggy right now. I did one fort with 2 other crews and we were getting multiple multi-explosions, only got credit for one. Later that day, hit a different fort and got 3 or 4 easily.

    Aye, same here. Me in a 1 man sloop and a duo sloop couldnt get the credit, despite multpiple solid multi-kills.

    Ywp same experience, should have had the commendation by now but a good few we know there were at least five skeles hasn’t counted. It is bugged and it does feel random as to whether it will count.
