Anyone noticing that any held quests are downgraded when logging back in?
I just did a 20 gold hoarder quest I had on me when I logged in and got two castaway chests.
I also noticed if you cancel a merchant quests you get a significantly lower value quest when you buy the next one. At level 20 I ended up with 2 chickens. More than once.
This makes me think there is some downgrading system for quests and the ones you are holding when logging back in are automatically downgraded.
I have noticed this even after buying new level 20 gold hoarders quests. Sometimes only getting 2 maps/riddles with only one chapter and sometimes only one riddle. Even with Order of Souls only getting one skull for a level 20. Literally stopped playing last night because it wasn’t worth it to get all of these terrible quests. Not sure if it’s a glitch or a nerf, but very annoying!
I feel that the quests are just random. Higher chance at getting better voyages the higher level the voyage is, but there is still a chance to get a single chest/skull in one voyage.
I've had 3 in a row just be a single chest, but then a 4th voyage suddenly pops like 5 maps all with multiple chests. Just RNG things.

I could see that, but I was definitely getting better rewards at lower levels. Maybe fewer chests, but they were more valuable.

It can be frustrating to buy a voyage for 100 gold and get paid 86 gold for the one chest you dug up.
It’s like Bungie’s Destiny RNG system...utter garbage that forces an extreme grind to delay advancement because lack of content.
@truthfullist56 RNG things. I've never seen a Sorrows chest until recently. I've now had two of them in the past 2 levels of Gold Hoarders. I'm only level 29 GH. Both sold for ~1400. Yeah, Castaways suck to get, but all the junk I found on the trip to that Castaway will cover the missing cost of that Castaway.
