10 Days ago I opened a ticket for an issue that was blocking me from my account. I received a response on the first day that my account was in good standing and I should be able to logon without a problem. However the problem still existed. That was the last response I heard, now 10 days later I am still waiting for a response on how to get my account working. My ticket remains OPEN so I assume someone should be working on it. How long do I have to wait? Is there any other means in this game to get support given that my ticket has seen no progress in 10 days and remains OPEN? How do I escalate? There are no other phone numbers or emails so I am at a loss? How can I get help for an OPEN ticket that is 10 days old. ( Note I have opened a 2nd ticket indicating first ticket remains open but it is just merged with original ticket and then deleted so this does not help). It seems to me that 10 days seems way too long...
Any thoughts/suggestions?
