No Response To Support Ticket

    10 Days ago I opened a ticket for an issue that was blocking me from my account. I received a response on the first day that my account was in good standing and I should be able to logon without a problem. However the problem still existed. That was the last response I heard, now 10 days later I am still waiting for a response on how to get my account working. My ticket remains OPEN so I assume someone should be working on it. How long do I have to wait? Is there any other means in this game to get support given that my ticket has seen no progress in 10 days and remains OPEN? How do I escalate? There are no other phone numbers or emails so I am at a loss? How can I get help for an OPEN ticket that is 10 days old. ( Note I have opened a 2nd ticket indicating first ticket remains open but it is just merged with original ticket and then deleted so this does not help). It seems to me that 10 days seems way too long...

    Any thoughts/suggestions?

    You can reply to your ticket, or the email to ask for more information.
    Failing that DM me your ticket ID and I will see if I can get an update for you.

    Tickets can be open for a long time during busy periods or when an issue requires a in client update to fix. But this will have been made clear in the initial email you received if this was the case.

    I've logged in after half a year and found out I lost all of my progress, I had to create a pirate from scratch and play the tutorial game.
    I'm using the correct account.Windows email is
    [mod edit]. Windows username is Doukette
    I didn't manually delete or alter my pirate.

    I deleted local windows credentials because I had a bug (The sea of thieves services are temporarily unavailable (leaverboard)). After removing the Xbl_Ticket(1717113201). I launched sea of thieves, and logged in my windows account. Then I found out I lost everything.
