With pets coming, I just wanted to ask all you dog-loving peeps out there: if dogs were to get added into the SoT, what breed of dogs would you like to see, and which do you think would be thematically or historically appropriate?

@galactic-geek I honestly can't even imagine what the dogs would look like in sea of thieves, it will definitely be interesting to see what rare comes up with.

Ahaha... haha... ha. Ha. Ha? :oP Sorry!I never really thought about dogs as pets in the game, although the Kato's little inclusion in the game, plus the team's host of dog friends at the studio, did begin to make me wonder about it.
I was searching to learn what breeds of dogs may have been on ships back during those times. I saw terriers and affenpinschers (as rat hunters) mentioned.
I definitely picture a ragged terrier, although I'm not sure how they'd work with the pet system.

Oh, your gif gave me the idea of implementing dogs with the functionality of opening the brig for a mutineer... "come on doggy, give me the key!" Would be hilarious XDOf course terriers would come, like big mastiffs for the sovereing sets "pirates" and things like that.

Haha! I love it. I don't think they'd do that, but it is an awesome idea. The mutineer would need some good food in his pockets to feed to the dog. :D
