The book says locked? Can't start the mission.

@jc-yukaze every guide i see just starts at the stars outpost, then to vote on the book. I'm clearly missing the missions you mentioned! Have a guide?
@thatxminininjax I'm at work so I don't have any links on me, but the first mission is at the Mysterious stranger at any outpost, there's a book to the right of him. Then after that one he will let you know to go to Plunder outpost and there's a book in the OOS tent.
The missions are super easy, you wont need a guide except for the journal locations.
