Due to my slow internet and late start trying to finish my grind to PL before March 20th was next to impossible with work etc. I've been playing since Day one but due to being a few days behind I don't receive anything for PL? Please reconsider gifting the items to the players who are day one and achieve PL still.
Late for PL Anniversary Gifts! My day one doesn't matter?
I feel the pain but I'm sure they will not do it.
They gave us 1 month to grind to PL by telling us that we will get a surprise, if you didn't make it in time it's like a plane they will not come back to give you a lift.
I'm a student and I'm not PL, still I'm a day one player let say that my play session are not on the grindy side ^^
Still I don't care about missing this gift :)There's plenty of day ones. They gave out day one items already.
Being around since day one, the full year was plenty of time to hit PL.
What's the point in doing the items at all, or setting a deadline if in the end they would just give the stuff out for whatever other reason?
Sorry you missed out man, but as a day 1, given everything we have now to help achieve PL much faster, including getting a DXP weekend, if you didn't hit it that just falls on you, not Rare.
So many people I've played with recently have stories about starting in October - December, and they hit it with time to spare. And that isn't exactly no lifing it.
I feel you man, I'm completely with you.
I know this game is based on grinding, but it's also known it requires a bit too much time, expecially for people with a job or similar, so I would have extended the "Gold and Glory" weekend to an entire week.
Moreover, I can understand exclusive items already existing ingame, with a different skin for "Golden Legends", but I can't stand for items like the blunderbuss or the hurdy gurdy: that's just a bit unfair considering the set. Onyx set, for example, is totally exclusive in a way, while others as mercenary is becoming for everyone, so I think they should reconsider what to do with these items, at least for people who spent money trusting the game preordering and playing it since day one.
