Friendly player hub to hang out in

    Would be fun to have a player hub, where people can just come and hang out.
    Where you can't get shot or stabbed.

    @fulltimespy I think they want the meeting/tavern area that accesses the Arena to be a bit like this? Hence the whole hot tub thang.
