I press in "Got another issue? Contact Support" but I am redirected to the FAQ webpage.
I can't write support tickets
You will need to search for something and then the option to fill out a support ticket will show up. I typically search for something non game related so no results show up. Once you click the Raise a support request link it will take a few seconds for the report form to show up.

I press the button at the button and I return to the same place@mangel2500 Hmmm, I will provide you with the steps I use and we shall see if it comes up with the same results.
Click the support drop down at the top of this page, and then click Visit our support site. In the search bar type in TEST and hit enter. Scroll down to the bottom and then click Raise a support request. After that, it should take a couple of seconds and then loads the page to start filling out your ticket.

@mangel2500 If that did not work and the link that @Mad-Jack-Ketch provided does not work then I am pretty much out of ideas at the moment. Might be worth trying it in a different browser?
Hmm, occasionally the page you need does take a quite a few seconds to load after you're redirected, perhaps try that, I've been able to submit one recently without issue.

Chill out on the overzealous moderation there matey!I am pointing out a problem with the ticket system here that prevents tickets from people who have previously been banned.
It is a genuine issue considering that banned forum goers can still play the game and should therefore still be able to post tickets.

I AM NOT TRYING TO CONTINUE TO POST WHAT GOT ME BANNED, I'M LITERALLY JUST TELLING PEOPLE THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE BUG REPORTING SYSTEM
