Reputation boost

The thrones just came out with bunch of new items and cosmetics available to purchase from the bigle rat in outpost tavern. There are those '' messages'' to all of the three fractions that will boost your reputation, I personally am interested in those but I didn't got anyone yet cause I want to be sure its worth its price, for how much reputation do those messages boost; please let me know.
