RAIDS FOR ALL COMPANYS

  • An raid for all company's in game
    Example: (merchant alliance) a trade ship with a huge merchant alliance symbol to show it's loklcation. It rolls by itself but has a double deck of cannons to rain fire on pirates that try and plunder. It's ai controlled and could easily have the same cannon physics as the island cannons. The skeletons(or a new ai) will turn and raise the sails allowing you to kill them to slow then down. When boarding you are met by huge forces of skeletons. I think this would fit by adding more variety and improving ship combat moving forward.
    Example:(gold hoarders) a gold hoarders symbol pops up on the map above one of the bigger islands or maybe the unnamed ones. When you go to these islands with the symbol you are met with a board next to a tunnel. When reading the board it gives you a voyage this voyage will help guide you but not solve puzzles, riddles and mazes to get to the center of the maze. Once there there's one last huge puzzle and riddle combined while this whole time hoping your ship isn't sunk and know ones waiting above. When you finish the maze the walls move revealing one ling hallway to Sprint through with the loot, the tunnel has traps and Goldy's that spawn to fight. Once through you are safe to load up, but still fighting the onsalought of skeletons, but the treasure these skeletons seek is the golden chest and if you wish to sell it for a hefty amount you must endure the onsalought on your own ship as the chest makes skeletons spawn on your ship to try and get it.

    Maybe some new weapon ideas to think about
    Akflintlocks- dual wield flintlocks with lower dmg but higher fire rate and less accuracy.
    Wooden ice drill- 4 sec animation but buts holes in ships
    Spear- long range stabing weapon
    Rapier- can't block but God through blocks, doesn't stagger and does less dmg but has an extremely fast fire rate.

    Last but not least it would be cool to see some grape shot for cannons to go through wood with little holes to kill people but doesn't sink ships. and grapples to hook ships and keep them close until they are cut from either ship.

    I hope you look at this to see if there are any good ideas in here

  • Like the maze and puzzles idea as well as a skeleton supply ship, gives more variety to do, ai ships are coming in 2nd update I believe, love the new "cursed" chest idea spawning enemy's to get it back, just maybe not goldies on the ship though. As for "akimbo" flintlocks... Not particularly appealing cod flash backs and all.
