Options that allow two crews to share a mission or raid. Allowing everyone to gain from work done. Or allow people to join other crews in game. So if 2 solo players want to create a single crew talk to the shipwright and form one crew. Instead of logging in and out. Same thing with 2 crews of 2 or 1. Talk to the shipwright and upgrade you ships to a single galleon. But anything bigger than that just simply mission sharing where there is no friendly fire. And no reason to back stab come payday.

as you can see I am being facetious :P. I love the idea definitely. I just have kinda given up on this community and this forum. Don't think we'll ever be allowed to enjoy the game together :(. it's a shame really.
I like the idea of truce, but i prefer the idea of Factions or guilds. Flying the sails of a guild and helping an overall community. I agree the game needs to start promoting and maybe even forcing co-operation amongst players. Clearly we can't be trusted to do it by ourselves.
As long as your system cant be abused as any form of cash transfer or "gimme 20 bucks via paypal and i will add you to my crew cashing in 100k gold next 10mins" im in... maybe make chests that were dug up by crew X at time Y dont give rewards to allied crews X+Z because it is not Y anymore you know
@wing-zero-c Could work, introducing an option to Parley could work within the mythos of pirates and pirating. Wouldnt be too much of a stretch to introduce. I reckon it would work
@wing-zero-c Good idea but this community is too toxic for your idea to be heard. Those that like to abuse the PvP aspect of the game by griefing others in game and say they're "just playing the game how it's supposed to be played" will flood your good ideas with negativity and indirectly bash you for it to avoid being punished by the admins so they can continue their assualt on others in the forums as well. Keep up with these kinds of ideas and you'll have my support no matter what the d-bags say.
