change ship/crew/sailing options on the fly.

So once loaded into the world as a solo voyager one of my friends comes online. the only way to team up is to completely quit out? add an option to modify crew on the fly as to not loose voyages in progress or inventory on a stocked ship. Also add the option to remove a player from your crew. the brig is only a novelty as it does not stop them from earning money or reputation from voyages and blocks the ability to have a helpful crew member. plus you can't even use the brig on a sloop so why is it there? Add option like vote to brig but like a mutiny against a useless player without completely leaving the game and bring a friend into your game. 1+1 on a sloop no problem 2+1 allow upgrade to gallion when anchored somewhere without loosing quest or voyage loot.
