Super Slow Response Times From Support

  • I've submitted a ticket 3 days ago, within 20 minutes I got a response, which was great don't get me wrong. Though the response was telling me it was being escalated to the account team. My issue was with my character, it had vanished, my levels, my coin and my cosmetics. Pretty PO'd. Nearly 300k in coin, close to 40 in all factions and full scurvy bilge rat cosmetics with sea dog figurehead. My team mate had the sail and hull skin so I didn't need those right away.

    Maybe today will be my lucky day and the Pirate Gods will finally bless me with an answer and my stuff!

  • @itskamikaze17 I'm itching to know how and where you contacted support. Digging through the Support pages here, there are links that will show you the status of any open requests you have, but there is no place to actually submit a new one.

  • @itskamikaze17 Hey mate, they responded to me about an inquiry in about 24 hours. This is a much bigger issue than I had, so give them time. This is probably something they have to thoroughly investigate.

  • @thebattlebork I understand the bigger issue, I've ended up grinding the last 2 days because I can't seem to stay away from the game. It's fun, enjoyable and frustrating all in 1 shot. Patience is definitely not my strong suit. The only thing I can think of, is I'm not the only person with this issue, and maybe they're combing through the tickets. Who knows.
